How can I place an order?

It’s easy to place an order with Not So Shabby Simply start by finding the items you want and click “add to cart”. When you have finished shopping simply click “Proceed to checkout”.  Once you have completed your payment online, I will email you to confirm that I have got your order and then I will email you again when your package is on it’s way!

How can I pay for my order?

I accept payment by paypal and from all major credit cards.

Why is there no mention of P&P

That is because P&P is FREE with all Not So Shabby orders as an extra incentive to my lovely customers
 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once I have received your payment please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. However at busy periods it may take longer. If you need your order before a certain date please inform me & I will do my best to get it to you before that date.

Will my order come gift wrapped?

Yes I gift wrap all of my orders in tissue paper and they come hand tied with a NotSoShabby rustic gift tag.
 

Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes indeed, when checking out you will be prompted to supply a delivery address and this can be different to your billing address.
 

My order hasn't arrived, when should I contact you?

If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please let me know and I will look into this for you.
 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?

I take the greatest care to make sure all orders are packaged and arrive safely, so please accept my sincere apologies if you have found this is not the case. Please let me know within 24hours of receiving your order if there are any problems. Once you have returned the order to me I will fix the error and send again immediately, or give you a full refund.
